Recorded with the h4n pro handy recorder placed on my window sill with windows closed. March steady rain with occasional distant traffic sounds and miscellaneous sounds from the old condo. Slight eq to create a more ambient-like mood.

A fountain from a swimming pool. Pool is in a backyard from a house off a semi-busy street, so there is some faint traffic, also some birds and faint wind chimes. Recorded with a roland r-05 digital recorder.

Well. . . . . Field recording is a bit of a stretch this was recorded on my back porch in springfield mo usa in june of 2000. I used a minidisk and two pzm's and a home made spliter box that worked only if you never touched it. It was one in the morning to try and avoid most of the traffic. Rain starts about half way in. I use dreamtalk recorder for recording funny things i say in sleep, but sometimes it will pick up other sounds, it picked this horn up outside my window. Reason i added yellow as a tag is because i have synesthesia and a horn is the colour yellow.

I came across this singing bird in a tree the middle of the night in a residential neighborhood. This is one funky bird! he's got so many different sounds hes making. Strange noise that emanated from a barn that was being built on the somerset/wiltshire border. Possibly created by the machine laying the flooring. Also wind, some distant traffic, birdsong.
